Q: Can I track my order?
Mostly but not all products we sell comes with tracking number but if we send you the tracked product we will let you know the tracking number.
Q: I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?
There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.
Q: I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?
Once we shipped your order then it would not be possible to change the address. If you want to change the address send us an email ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Additionally please scroll down for how to contact us on demand.
Q: I want to change something in my order, how can I do this?
If we have already shipped your order then it would not be possible to change the order. Just send an email through contact form, ASAP so we can change your order for you. Please make the subject of the email [CHANGE] so that we can spot the inquiry and prioritize it.
Q: How are payments processed?
Our pricing is based in £. All payments and financial details such as credit card numbers are dealt with directly by the PayPal gateway to ensure your privacy. PayPal is the safest and most secure payment gateway worldwide and you don’t need a PayPal account to complete a transaction. You can pay via PayPal with any credit or debit card. Or if you have a PayPal account you can use your own funds.

Q: How long does shipping usually take?
Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days of the shipping date, however, it can take up to 7 business days for orders to arrive but this is a rare occurrence.
Q: What is your return policy?
If you receive an item and it doesn’t fit or you changed your mind or you simply don’t like it then you can contact us and we will process a return request for you. Each request will be assessed on an individual basis and Buyer pays the return postage.
Q: What is your refund policy?
If we have shipped you the wrong or broken item or an item hasn’t arrived within 10-14 business days from the day it shipped then we will refund or replace your order upon request. For a refund or replacement request to be accepted, in regards to an incorrect item that has been delivered or an item that has not arrived, you will need to raise the issue to us within 20 business days from the day your ordered. If we are not contacted within those 20 business days then your order will be deemed as delivered without issue.
